Who we are

Noirlux is an independent photography studio based in New York City, NY. This policy explains what limited information we collect through this website and how we treat it. It applies to this site only.

Age restriction

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. A verification prompt appears on entry; your affirmative response is stored locally in your browser so you are not prompted again on the same device. We do not collect or transmit any data through that prompt.

Information you give us

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and a description of the session you have in mind. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to plan any work we agree to undertake. We never sell, rent, or share it.

Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics beacon to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are viewed and roughly where visits originate. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not build an advertising profile. The data is anonymous and reported only in aggregate.

This site runs its own, separate analytics property. Your activity here is not combined with, or shared across, any other website.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner. The only thing stored on your device is the local age-verification flag described above, which never leaves your browser.

Your imagery & discretion

Photographs from a session are delivered through a private, access-controlled gallery. We do not publish, display, or share client images without explicit written consent. Files are stored securely, and you retain full say over whether your portraits are ever shown publicly.

Your choices

You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, any inquiry information you have sent us at any time by writing to info@noirluxmedia.com. To clear the age-verification flag, simply clear this site's local storage in your browser.

Third parties

Inquiry submissions are delivered through a form-processing service that forwards your message to our studio inbox. Imagery on this site is served through a content-delivery network. These providers process data only to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may update this policy as the studio evolves. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
