The Studio

Light, patience, and absolute discretion.

A New York studio devoted to intimate, editorial portraiture — built on light, patience, and absolute discretion.

Our approach

We make photographs that feel like a held breath: composed, warm, and quietly confident. The work sits where fine-art portraiture meets fashion editorial — sculptural light, considered styling, and a calm that lets the person in front of the lens look entirely like themselves.

The studio grew out of a simple belief: that everyone deserves to see themselves rendered with the same care a magazine gives its cover. We bring editorial craft — lighting design, art direction, retouching with a light hand — to deeply personal sessions, and we protect those sessions with discretion at every step.

We work slowly and on purpose. A sitting is closed and unhurried, the direction is generous, and the result is a small, beautiful body of work rather than a flood of files. Tasteful, timeless, and made to last.
